6-7 ripe plum or beefsteak tomatoes, diced2 cloves garlic, minced1/four small crimson onion, chopped1 tbsp additional virgin olive oil2 tbsp balsamic vinegarolive oil spray6-Eight recent basil leaves, choppedkosher saltfreshly floor black pepper to style16 oz baguette or French bread1-2 garlic cloves, peeled

Mix tomatoes, chopped garlic, crimson onion, vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, and basil.
